Is the Tungzzle compatible with my 3D printer or hotend ?
The current version of our tungsten nozzle is compatible with all 3D printers that are using hotends with M6 thread. However, if you are not sure whether the Tungzzle fits your hotend, feel free to contact us - we will be happy to check it for you.
Do you offer other sizes and models of your nozzle ?
We plan to produce different sizes and models of our tungsten nozzle in the future. The sizes 0.3mm and 0.2mm should be available soon. In the future, various models will then be produced to match individual printers and hotends. (MK9, MK10, Ultimaker, Zortrax, etc)
What is the printing speed up to which I can use the nozzle ?
The fastest print speed we've worked with so far was 240mm / s on a delta printer that had the nozzle printing without any flow issues. There is certainly the potential for far better values.
What tolerances and standards apply to the nozzle manufacturing process ?
Our tungsten nozzle is manufactured using the most modern metal processing methods (CNC machines). The component is CNC machined according to the specifications of DIN ISO 2768 m-K tolerances, in a certified factory, which works according to the international ISO: 9001 standards.
How long does the delivery take ?
The average shipping time is 1-2 working days. You will also receive a tracking number after shipping, which you can use to locate your package at any time.
Delivery in the EU or outside the EU ? We deliver worldwide. Please note that the delivery time outside the EU can vary depending on the destination country.
What are the shipping costs ?
Standard shipping to Germany is € 4.90
Deliveries to other European countries cost € 7.90
Worldwide shipping costs € 9.90
